The reported 2 trillion euro fund may not come true.

As reported in "Todayonline":- Has the euro zone reached a bailout deal?
: NEW YORK - Britain's Guardian newspaper reported yesterday that France and Germany had agreed to boost a euro zone financial rescue fund to €2 trillion (S$3.5 trillion), pushing stocks and the euro higher despite doubts about whether there was such an agreement.

But a source familiar with the talks said officials are still debating the size of the bailout fund for the eurozone, and reports an agreement has been reached to leverage it to €2 trillion are "totally wrong".

"Leveraging the EFSF (European Financial Stability Fund) is still being debated," a person with direct knowledge of the discussions said, according to Dow Jones Newswires. /quote

Are they trying to manipulate the news to control the stock market ?
